7. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) and protection of minors

7.1 The prohibition. Intimate images or videos of an identifiable person published without their consent, including digitally created or altered content that appears real, and threats to publish such content, are strictly prohibited.

7.2 How to request removal. Anyone, whether or not a user, may request removal of such content depicting them (or a person they are authorised to represent, for example their child or a person under their guardianship):

• In the app: tap "Report" on the message or on the profile of the person who posted the content (for a story: through the profile of the person who posted it) and choose "Intimate image shared without consent".
• By email: support@afterup.co.il, subject "NCII".

For the request to be valid, please include: (a) a physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is sufficient); (b) identification of the content and where it is (username, link, screenshot or other details that let us locate it); (c) a brief good-faith statement that the content depicts you (or the person you represent), that it was published without consent, and that you are authorised to make the request, with any information that helps verify this; (d) contact details (email or phone) for follow-up; (e) a statement that the information in the request is accurate, under penalty of perjury where the applicable law so requires. If something is missing, we will tell you what is needed.

7.3 Our commitment. After receiving a valid request:

• we will acknowledge receipt by replying to you;
• we will remove the content within 48 hours of receiving the valid request;
• within the same period we will also remove identical copies of the content on the Service that we identify, and we will make reasonable efforts to locate such copies;
• we may act in good faith on a request with incomplete information where it reasonably appears to involve non-consensual intimate content;
• we will notify you when we have acted, and we may suspend or permanently ban the account that posted the content and report to the authorities where the law requires or permits.

Where local law sets shorter deadlines (for example 24 hours), we will comply with them.

7.4 No retaliation against reporters. We will not take action against anyone who submits a report in good faith. Harassment or intimidation of a reporter by another user is a serious violation of these Terms.

7.5 Minors. AfterUp is for adults aged 18 and over. Any sexual or exploitative content involving a person under 18 is removed immediately upon discovery, the account is banned, and we report to dedicated bodies such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in the United States (NCMEC) and to law enforcement where the law requires, and preserve the information the law requires. To report suspected harm to a minor: the "Report" button in the app or support@afterup.co.il with the subject "Child safety". If a person is in immediate danger, contact the police first.
