הצהרת נגישות — AfterUp

מונולוקו בע"מ (ח.פ. 516332269), המפעילה את שירות AfterUp, רואה חשיבות עליונה בהנגשת שירותיה לכלל האוכלוסייה, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות.

סטטוס נגישות

האתר והאפליקציה הונגשו בהתאם לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 ברמה AA, ובהתאם להנחיות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA.

התאמות שבוצעו

  • תמיכה בקוראי מסך: האפליקציה תומכת בטכנולוגיות מסייעות כגון VoiceOver (iOS) ו-TalkBack (Android).
  • ניגודיות צבעים: הצבעים באתר ובאפליקציה נבחרו כך שיעמדו ביחס ניגודיות של לפחות 4.5:1 בהתאם לתקן.
  • הגדלת פונטים: האפליקציה תומכת בהגדרות גודל הטקסט של מערכת ההפעלה.
  • ניווט מקלדת: אתר המידע תומך בניווט באמצעות מקלדת.
  • תוויות נגישות: כפתורי פעולה ואלמנטים אינטראקטיביים מסומנים בתוויות (labels) לתיאור תפקידם.

מגבלות ידועות ותהליך הנגשה מתמשך

האפליקציה והאתר נמצאים בתהליכי הנגשה מתמשכים. ייתכנו אלמנטים שטרם הונגשו באופן מלא. אנו פועלים באופן שוטף לאתר ולתקן ליקויי נגישות.

אם נתקלתם ברכיב שאינו נגיש, אנא דווחו לנו לכתובת support@afterup.co.il ואנו מתחייבים לטפל בפנייתכם ולתקן את הליקוי תוך 60 יום ממועד קבלת הדיווח.

בהתאם להוראות חוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות וחובת הפנייה המוקדמת הקבועה בו, אנו מבקשים מכל מי שנתקל בקושי נגישות לפנות אלינו תחילה בטרם נקיטת צעדים משפטיים, על מנת שנוכל לטפל בעניין באופן יעיל ומיידי.

לכל פנייה, הצעה לשיפור, או דיווח על בעיית נגישות, ניתן לפנות לרכז הנגישות באמצעות פרטי הקשר שלעיל. אנו מתחייבים לטפל בכל פנייה תוך 14 ימי עסקים.

Accessibility Status

The website and application have been made accessible in accordance with the Israeli Standard SI 5568 at AA level, and in compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.

Accommodations Made

  • Screen Reader Support: The application supports assistive technologies such as VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android).
  • Color Contrast: Colors in the website and application meet a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 as required by the standard.
  • Font Scaling: The application supports the operating system's text size settings.
  • Keyboard Navigation: The information website supports keyboard navigation.
  • Accessibility Labels: Action buttons and interactive elements are labeled with descriptive tags to communicate their purpose.

Known Limitations & Ongoing Accessibility Efforts

The application and website are undergoing continuous accessibility improvements. Some elements may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and fix accessibility issues on an ongoing basis.

If you encounter an element that is not accessible, please report it to us at support@afterup.co.il and we commit to addressing your inquiry and resolving the issue within 60 days of receiving the report.

In accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and the prior-notice obligation set forth therein, we ask anyone who encounters an accessibility difficulty to contact us first before taking legal action, so that we can address the matter efficiently and promptly.
